This beloved global gathering returns to unite handwriting lovers, fountain pen aficionados, and ink enthusiasts from around the world. Whether you're a longtime participant or discovering the Hubs for the first time, you're invited to join a truly special celebration of writing by hand.

At each Hub, you'll find:

  • A welcoming community of like-minded fans
  • Beautiful writing instruments and ink collections on display
  • Lively conversations about pens, paper, and the joy of handwriting

Bring your favorite pens, share your “writing treasures,” and connect with others who appreciate the art of writing as much as you do. While Pelikan helps coordinate the event, the heart of the Hubs is you : your passion, your stories, your presence.

Register now to take part in the Hubs on 24th October 2025. It only takes a few minutes.

How to register?

  1. As a participant:
    • Click on the registration button or here to get to the registration page. Please create your personal profile and tell us your name and your e-mail so that we can reach you for further information. Your favorite Pelikan Hub city can be selected either out of the list or you can enter your wish city by yourself.

    • When your registration is finalized, you will receive an e-mail. Only if you do not agree to be registered, you have the possibility to delete all data by clicking on the link in the e-mail.

  2. As a hub master:
    • Click on the registration button or here to get to the registration page and follow the same instructions as a participant. Please create your personal profile and tell us your name and your e-mail so that we can reach you for further information. If you volunteer to apply as a Hub Master, you need to give us your full postal address . To learn all about the role as a Hub Master, please refer to the FAQs here.

    • When your registration is finalized, you will receive an e-mail. Only if you do not agree to be registered, you have the possibility to delete all data by clicking on the link in the e-mail.

  3. Approved Pelikan Hub cities will be communicated step by step via the map on this website. Please scroll down to see the map.

  4. The registration opens 24th July and will be closed 21st August by midnight.
    • You will receive all further details about the process from us and your local Hub Master at a later date. We are very much looking forward to you being part of this community and spending a great evening with us on 24th October 2025!
